c'est la vie….

Despite starting well before sunrise, it’s probably no surprise that our wedding day wasn’t hard to wake up for. I got ready on our room’s deck with a view of the sunrise over the Mediterranean (which felt exactly how it sounds). The sun was sparkling over the water while I powdered eyeshadows and blushes to work on my own bridal glow. I was so relaxed that I ran a bit late for photos in the village! When we got back from the village, we captured these portraits in our pink, marble, bathroom while I did a round of touch ups on my face and hair. We laughed off my hair’s unwillingness to hold a curl regardless of the can of hair spray I ran through that morning. It gave us a chance to embrace the French c'est la vie, and roll out with a carefree version of bridal hair.
